Naley’s coaching starts with a private one-on-one session, focused entirely on your goals and needs. Each client journey begins with a 30-minute consultation call to ensure we’re the right fit. From there, she creates a personalized program designed to support your growth and confidence in the areas that matter most to you.

Each week, you’ll work through a different aspect of your journey, exploring the blocks that have been holding you back and developing clear, actionable steps to move forward.

Naley’s Background & Experience

Naley is a Confidence Coach passionate about helping individuals step into their power, own their voice, and move through the world with purpose and clarity.

Her journey began with a degree in Journalism and Speech Communications from Iona College—an early foundation in storytelling, presence, and the art of effective communication. She went on to build a career working closely with CEOs, founders, and presidents at top tech and advertising companies, where she observed firsthand what true leadership and self-assuredness look like behind the scenes.

Five years ago, Naley made a bold decision to leave the corporate world and pursue something more aligned with her spirit and vision. She co-founded Naley by Nature, a multimedia company that has since found its path to success. That leap required immense trust in herself—confidence she didn’t always have, but actively developed.

Through that process, Naley discovered something powerful: confidence is a skill, not a fixed trait. With the right tools, mindset shifts, and support, anyone can cultivate it.

Today, she shares those tools, mindset strategies, and real-world experiences through her coaching practice. Drawing from her journey of navigating uncertainty, overcoming fear, and showing up fully in boardrooms, on stages, and in creative spaces, she equips others to do the same.

Naley now supports high-achieving individuals—from artists and entrepreneurs to students and business owners—on their path to deeper self-trust, greater visibility, and empowered action.
